  • Yes. We publish only verified buyer reviews, so you can trust what you read.

  • You can easily request a return or exchange through your Tiny Trolly account. Please note that all requests are processed in line with the respective brand’s return and exchange policies.

Orders & Payments

  • You can browse products without an account, but you’ll need to sign up or log in to place an order. This ensures you can track your order and returns and receive customer support easily.

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products.

  • Yes, a digital invoice is emailed to you after every successful order.

  • It’s simple! Browse, add products to your cart, and check out. The process is quick and parent-friendly, with no long forms or complicated steps.

  • Yes, all transactions on Tiny Trolly are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

  • At checkout, you’ll see a space to enter your promo code. Once applied, your discount will reflect immediately; no guesswork is needed.

  • Absolutely. At checkout, just enter the recipient’s shipping address, and we’ll deliver directly to them.

  • While COD is offered widely, a few bulky items or high-value products may not be
    eligible. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Yes, we deliver across most pin codes in India, from metros to small towns, so your order can reach you wherever you are.

  • Delivery depends on the courier partner, but in most locations, orders can arrive on weekends.

  • Contact our support team with pictures within 24–48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Currently, we only ship within India. But don’t worry, we’re working on expanding internationally soon!

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner.

  • We don’t offer same-day delivery yet, but express options are on the way. Stay tuned!

  • Our delivery partner will attempt again, or you can reschedule easily via the tracking link.

  • Shipping charges vary depending on your order value and delivery location. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Absolutely, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email to follow your package in real time.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can update the address by reaching out to our customer care. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

  • Yes! We proudly deliver to smaller towns and cities across India.
