This product is not eligible for return. However, an exchange will be provided in the following cases:

• Size or style exchange is requested for shoes and approved by our team
• The product delivered is damaged or defective
• An incorrect size or wrong item has been delivered

• Accessories including hair clips, hairbands, and socks are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong size/item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Exchanges are applicable only for shoes and only for size or style, subject to approval by our concerned team.

Once approved:

• An exchange can be provided for the same product
• A different product of equal or higher value (customer must pay the price difference)
• The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange
