If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong size/item, Please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Size Exchange Policy:

Size exchanges are accepted only upon approval by our concerned team. Once approved:

• An exchange can be provided for the same product, or
• A different product of equal or higher value (customer must pay the price difference)

The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
