Return & Exchange Policy
This product is not eligible for return. However, a replacement or exchange will be provided in the following cases:
- The customer receives a damaged or defective product
- A wrong item is delivered
- A size exchange is requested and approved
- Items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with original tags and packed in the original cloth pouch
Please note:
- Shipping charges for return pickup and exchange dispatch must be borne by the customer.
- Non-returnable items include sale items, exhibition purchases, used/altered products, wrongly ordered items, teethers, toys, and accessories.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect product is delivered, please inform us within 4 days of delivery. Our team will verify the issue and assist you with the next steps.
Size Exchange Policy:
Size exchanges are accepted only upon approval from our concerned team.
Once approved:
- An exchange can be offered for the same product
- Or a different product of equal or higher value (customer must pay the difference)
- The customer will bear the shipping charges for the exchange process

- An unboxing video clearly showing the original packaging and delivered item
- The product is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with all original packaging and tags intact
