Harvested in the months of March-April from the wilds of the Kangra Valley, this bright yellow-coloured honey is a rich medley of several flowering and fruit trees, shrubs, herbs and berries that inhabit the region.
Mellow and invigorating, Kangra honey is a taste of the foothills of the Dhauladhars in all their glory. It is like going on your first solo trip to the Himalaya and seeing a whole new world for the first time.
