This product is not eligible for return. However, a replacement or exchange will be provided in the following cases:

• The customer receives a damaged or defective product
• A wrong item is delivered
• A size exchange is requested and approved
• Items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with original tags and packed in the original cloth pouch

Please note:

• Shipping charges for return pickup and exchange dispatch must be borne by the customer.
• Non-returnable items include sale items, exhibition purchases, used/altered products, wrongly ordered items, teethers, toys, and accessories.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect product is delivered, please inform us within 4 days of delivery. Our team will verify the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Size Exchange Policy:

Size exchanges are accepted only upon approval from our concerned team.

Once approved:

• An exchange can be offered for the same product
• Or a different product of equal or higher value (customer must pay the difference)
• The customer will bear the shipping charges for the exchange process

Required Proof:

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please ensure:

• The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery
• A clear description of the problem (damage, defect, wrong item/size, etc.)
• An unboxing video clearly showing the original packaging and delivered item
• The product is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with all original packaging and tags intact

Once verified, the replacement or exchange will be processed.
